RMA Service
1. Please select your user category and fill out the online RMA request form.
2. After receiving the RMA number from the system notification, print the repair information. (If printing is not possible, please write down your contact information and RMA number.)
3. Send the repair information along with the product to Silicon Power’s RMA Service Center.
4. To check the repair status, please enter either the RMA number or your email address.
※This RMA process follows a shared shipping cost policy: customers are responsible for sending the defective product; return shipping will be covered by Silicon Power.
※Please properly package the defective item. Silicon Power is not responsible for any damage or loss during transit.
※Do not send non-Silicon Power products or unnecessary accessories (such as charms, personal cases, boxes, or original packaging). We are not responsible for the storage or return of such items if lost or damaged.
